Fee Programs
Overview
We provide a number of different programs for merchants to help cover credit card processing fees. These fees can range anywhere from 1.5% to 4% per transaction.
The current fee programs we provide are:
- Surcharge
- Cash Discount
- Dual Pricing
- Daul Pricing v2
Surcharge
Surcharge applies a fee you choose, usually around 3%, that gets added to the transaction total for consumers who use a credit card.
Example
$100.00 subtotal, 7% tax, 3.99% payment adjustment:

Cash Discount
Cash discount applies a fee you choose and adds this to the transaction subtotal for consumers who use a card. If the consumer chooses to pay via ACH, then this fee gets discounted from the subtotal.

$100.00 amount, 7% tax, 3.99% payment adjustment:

Dual Pricing
Dual Pricing gives your customers different price options based on the way they decide to pay. By paying with cash or ACH, they will be presented with a lower price compared to paying with a credit card.

Dual Pricing v2
Dual Pricing v2 works much like our original dual pricing program, however the fees are 100% included within the subtotal.
